Now I'm not a pet lover as anyone who knows me will vouch for. But that is just f***ing wrong on so many levels I don't know where to start.

This makes me so sad, I feel for animals much more than humans most times. Not that I'm heartless, but humans usually are deserving of what they get. Animals need better taken care of. So awful.

Present friends and buddies excepted though... People I like or care about, I am not heartless to. ;)

Waiting....what the hell has someone done to that dog? Please forgive me but my eyes aren't registering the scene. Has this dog been shaved? At first glance it looked as though it had been painted. Please explain this picture to me. It obviously looks abandoned, and thin. Lots of animals like this around in P.R.?

been busy ,
last month this dog was bright green..
it's a horrible case of mange or some sort of skin problem, now its just crusty .all over.
yeah ..there's at least 5 dogs at every fast food place or store here. they sometimes get in packs and there has been a couple of incidences where a pack has killed a child.
when i first came here i saved one dog..but I have 2 cats and 2 dogs now ..I cant save them all..
the whole prican culture and attitude towards animals has to be changed..

Grr. That's horrid.
